Alberto Mieli is a vital human being and an eclectic musician.
A true master of the acoustic guitar, he is also a multi-instrumentalist who writes songs in a variety of styles, ranging from complicated finger-picking tunes
to the silliest pop hits.
Our paths crossed several times since the very first time I met him in the heyday of Folkstudio Giovani in the dusty rooms
of the infamous folk club in Trastevere, Roma. Member of the Acoustic Farmers, of The Twylights and of the first incarnation of The Blue Flares,
Alberto joined me in most of my earliest acoustic performances giving me confidence and enthusiasm.
